Yeah, I have heard "all reet" meaning all right. I can't place it as a regional dialect, but if it is in the title of a swing song I'd guess it is just hipster lingo. Maybe I was a little hasty then. I thought it was originally "right", but the only context I ever hear it in is as a substitute for very.
